For 2:30am I set an alarm to wake up an be ready for 3:20am, when I appeared at the end of the hallway as dad came down to wake me up. In dad’s words I scared the living lights out of him. Mum didn’t get up until 3, I was ready to go by 3 ! We took the taxi (which was a tesla, oooo) to Newcastle airport to catch our flight. We got through surprising quick and through security in a flash. We saw two baby’s being scanned 😭😭!! We went to the pub and the sunrise was beautiful.
We boarded the plane and slept the whole way to Greece, quick side rant, don’t you just love when u step off a plane and the warm air hits you it’s like the best feeling ever!
Since we had quite small suitcases we didn’t need to collect our luggage and just walked straight out! Finding the car rental place was a bit confusing but we did it, we then drove to the room and im not satisfied WiFi wise.
Just up the road was a very traditional restaurant, called ‘Fanari’ that had very nice food and gave us free chocolate ice cream lollies at the end. 👌
When we got back mum totally passed out while me and dad went in the pool.
When we got out it was just all chill, had gyros for dinner and went to bed. 💤 Until tomorrow!
