Day 1
Today we got up at 4 o clock in the morning and drove to Edinburgh airport, I wasn’t happy because it was very small and way too many people. When finally getting out of security we got some breakfast and I had avocado on toast with a poached egg, spring onion and feta cheese!
We boarded the flight soon after, dad and I slept the entire way!!
When we arrived in Corfu airport the air conditioning was the best even though we were only in 32° heat for 5 minutes. We collected our luggage and surprisingly quickly got out of the airport and got a taxi to our hotel, called Phillippos Hotel. Then we put our stuff in the room and I have a room all to myself! We went to get lunch just five minutes away at a taverna called Porto Nova.
Mum and Dad had this strange fish that looked extremely unappetising. After lunch, we went back and jumped in the pool!
I had a banana milkshake and Dad had a beer and Mum had a cocktail. From there it was all chilling out on our balcony where I discovered is the best WiFi . Until tomorrow!
