Camping in Croatia – day 30 (Hvar island)

Today we packed up our apartment because we were leaving Vis island this afternoon. We drove to a beach called Srebrna. We got a drink and mum and Dad went for a swim.

We then drove to a beach, called Diamond beach and ate lunch. I had a fish burger. They only accepted cash so Dad had to drive 40mins and we were nearly late returning the car.

We went for a drink to wait for our ferry to Hvar island. I just watched my favourite YouTuber for an hour until we arrived in Hvar. There was an Irish lady, talking to all of her friends quite loudly on FaceTime, so we learnt quite a lot about what we were passing.

Apparently this is the church on Vis where Mamma Mia 2 christening was filmed!

It is very hot in Hvar, I’m not complaining.

We went in a pharmacy and got something to heal my toe, I realise my 3 cm deep cut could’ve turned into a part of my toe falling off. It made it less painful anyway.

We got a taxi to Milna beach, where our new apartment is. The journey was quite chaotic because he kept going the wrong way, but the room was very nice when we eventually got inside.

Our new balcony is next to sea!

The wifi is not the best but I will live ☹️. After a few hours of chilling we went to the restaurant, called Moli Onte, next to our apartment for dinner. There was a piglet being cooked which was completely reserved and after 3 hours it wasn’t ready!!

Piglet

We finished our food and walked back to the apartment. The moon looked very impressive, reflecting against the sea.

I watched a few episodes of Never Have I Ever before going to bed. STAY TUNEDDD!!!

Mum saw the sunrise again this morning. The lady in the video had a mat, sleeping on the beach!
