Croatia and Slovenia – day 4 (finally arrived in Slovenia from the UK)

Today we drove from Germany to Austria to get some lunch, mum got a caesar salad and Dad had a pizza. I just like to share theirs.

Austria was very pretty

Once we finished lunch we went to the toilet which was completely automatic. To flush the toilet it was automatic, the doors were automatic, the taps were automatic, the soap was automatic, the hand dryer was automatic and so was the toilet roll.

vending machine in toilet didn’t fit in…

We drove to Slovenia, our first campsite stop!! There was a pool, restaurant, 3 toilet points, a massive play area and baby goats!

Baby goats!

Me and mum spotted a roof box tent which was what dad wanted. When mum and Dad was setting up the tent I went for a shower which wasn’t the best since you have to turn it on every forty seconds because it turns off every forty seconds.

We got some food at the restaurant and the moon was a gibbous moon so that meant that it was one day away from a full moon. The restaurant also has bubble tea!!

Then we walked back to the tent which took forever to put up and went to sleep.

Be ready for my next adventures!

I’m Alice. I started writing about my holidays when I was 6. I’m 11 now. I love art, photography and travelling. So far, I have been to many parts of Italy (by plane and car) many Greek Islands, Morocco and Thailand. Last summer, we drove to Slovenia and Croatia and camped. Next year I hope to visit Japan and go skiing.

  1. Love Austria, a beautiful part of the world. You have to convince your parents to take you there one year or you can come skiing with Ian and I.
