Day 20-21 It’s All Greek To Me

Sunday Naxos

We walked to juicy point for breakfast where I had banana bubble waffle with chocolate syrup and bueno (dad had to help me), and an apple juice and strawberry smoothie.

On Kath’s quiz I got 14 correct, and Kath said I could have an euro each correct answer. Thank you Kath! And i saw a ring I like for 10 euros, and 2 matching bracelets for 2 euros each!

At sunset we walked to the headland, it was super cool and we listened to Deftones.

After we walked along the beach, I got bitten badly. We went to Soulatso for a milkshake, but dad got a Guinness.

Then we got a crepe for mum, but I ate most of it.

Monday Travel to Milos

We just had a chill around town, Dad tried 3 different types of “kitron”

Maybe read the kitron message in front of the shots.

A few days ago I got a cut out art.

We got pizza before the ferry to celebrate “Ferragosto” the most important Italian bank holiday. Our ferry ended up arriving late but we saw the sunset, and this picture shows me and dads matching bracelets!

We did a bet of if the taxi would still be there or have left since how long it took to get off the ferry was over 1 hour late and arrived after midnight. But a kind man took us to our new apartment, I still owe mum an euro. 😒. So, now we’re on a completely new island called Milos!

I’m Alice. I started writing about my holidays when I was 6. I’m 11 now. I love art, photography and travelling. So far, I have been to many parts of Italy (by plane and car) many Greek Islands, Morocco and Thailand. Last summer, we drove to Slovenia and Croatia and camped. Next year I hope to visit Japan and go skiing.

  2. Hello again, Alice. Wow! Thank you for your lovely blogs. You’ve been doing and seeing so much over the last few days that we are having difficulty keeping up and taking it all in!!! It’s really great that daddy and mummy are giving you so many new experiences in Greece. How are you getting on with the language? Have you picked up any words or phrases? It’s great that you include lovely illustrative pics relating to what you’ve been doing, in your blogs. Oh, and by the way, the grub looks deliciously mouth-watering! (Hope that daddy and mummy are enjoying it all, too!) Lots and lots of love G&G XXXX
